Academic Flexible Working & Flexible Location
You don’t have to pause your education while shaping your career. With our Academic Flexible Working Model, you can continue your studies abroad while working part-time in your role at Brisa. In addition, our Flexible Location policy allows you to work from anywhere for a certain period of time.
At Brisa, Physical and Mental Well-Being Come First
For us, movement means both a strong body and a healthy mind. That’s why we adopt a holistic approach to well-being. Through our on-site physicians, private health insurance, well-being platforms and protective health initiatives—such as HPV vaccination—we support the physical and mental health of all Brisa employees.
Social Clubs & Events: A Strong Sense of Community
With our arts, sports and nature clubs operating in Istanbul, Izmit and Aksaray, we explore new experiences together while getting to know each other more closely. Through these clubs, employees come together based on their interests and enjoy creating, sharing and connecting.

We Cultivate an Entrepreneurial Culture
We encourage our employees to take part in our intrapreneurship programs. Every year, colleagues from various departments who successfully pass the selection stages become part of the Brisa Innovation Team. With the training opportunities provided, they gain hands-on experience both within the company and through start-up collaborations—developing entrepreneurial and mentoring skills.
Our Brisa Innovation and Project Portal (BIPP) offers all employees a space to freely share new business ideas. Ideas generated by our colleagues are evaluated by committees that also include senior leadership, and promising ideas are supported for implementation. This enables employees to develop their entrepreneurial mindset and capabilities.
The Voice of Youth: Young Advisory Board
We listen closely to the ideas of young talent at Brisa. Through the Young Advisory Board, young employees present their proposals that help shape Brisa’s future directly to senior management. Teams have previously developed projects on DEI, recognition culture and other key areas—offering meaningful contributions that enrich our working culture. At Brisa, ideas are not only heard—they are brought to life.
The Voice of Brisa Employees: Bri’s Voice
At Brisa, every voice matters. We know that sustainable success is possible through employee engagement and satisfaction. With our people-centric approach, we aim to build a workplace culture where every employee feels heard and valued.
We regularly conduct employee experience and engagement surveys with independent research companies and use these insights to strengthen collaboration and participation across the organization. Through the “Bri’s Voice” platform launched in 2023, we receive fully anonymous employee feedback and turn these insights into rapid actions—boosting loyalty, motivation and a sense of belonging.
Volunteering and Doing Good
With our #GoodInEveryMove mindset, volunteering is an essential part of life at Brisa. Through our digital volunteering platform, you can launch your own project or join existing initiatives.
